๐ŸŒฑ Filter water with salt. 

Salt is so so important when doing long runs , hikes, hard training etc. we loose a lot of sodium through urine and sweat and we have to replace it to keep hydrated.
Matcha ๐Ÿต is a great drink and even a good coffe Matcha ๐Ÿต is a great drink and even a good coffee alternative. 
It has amazing health benefits like itโ€™s high antioxidant levels. 
The high levels of EGCG prevents cellular damage , reduces inflammation & may prevent chronic diseases.

๐Ÿ›‘ But, If you like to drink matcha and want to have its health benefits. Do not drink it with milk or any alternative milks. 
The calcium in the milk prevents the antioxidants to be absorbed! ๐Ÿ˜ฎ 

๐ŸŒฑ Tip in how to make it and drink it:
๐Ÿต warm up some water , donโ€™t boil it! 
๐Ÿต add one tea spoon of matcha in a cup , you can also add collagen (I drink it with marine collagen and it doesnโ€™t have a taste!) 
๐Ÿต add the warm water and mix it. You can drink it hot or add some ice and have an ice matcha! ๐Ÿ˜‹
